FAQ's

Can I contact you outside of my weekly 1:1?

Absolutely Yes! The clients who message the most and ask the questions always get the best results. I encourage all my clients to reach out to me when ever they have any questions. From sending a video to check your form, to asking a “yes or no” question, I have a same day reply promise (before 7.30pm) I’ll answer your message as soon as possible.

Absolutely! Yes! Each exercise in your programme will have its own demonstration video and step-by-step guidance too.

This is based on your goals and what you are comfortable with. There’s a progress tracker on my app where you can track progress pictures, weigh-ins, measurements along with sleep, mood, energy, etc. These will be chosen based on which goals we set together.

Yes, I can see your workouts and exercise log, these will be monitored and changed to make sure you keep progressing.

So… We decide your 12 or 8 week goal in our onboarding/consultation call (as long as I feel it is realistic!) and provided you follow your plan, I guarantee you will achieve your goal. If you don’t, I will continue to work with you for free until you do achieve it.
