My Story

I was overweight, unhappy, unhealthy, and I hated what I saw in the mirror. I told myself I’d change one day, but every time I tried, I felt like I was failing before I even started. I’d search for quick fixes, obsess over weight loss hacks, and watch transformation stories, desperate to believe it was possible for me too.

Then one night, I hit rock bottom. I decided I was going out on a run, I tried to find clothes to run in. Not a single piece of sportswear fit me. I had to borrow my dad’s running clothes and they were still too tight… so, I waited until it was dark so no one would see me, then set off on a run. Ten minutes later, I was back home, crying my eyes out, convinced it was impossible, convinced I’d never be able to change.

But I did.

I went from struggling to walk up stairs to becoming a GB age group triathlete. I went from crying myself to sleep to waking up excited to train. And no, you don’t have to run a race or do a triathlon but I know for sure that you want to feel confident again. You want to feel proud, get strong, and feel like YOU again.
